Design Match began as a way to connect companies with designers. Then AI changed how creative work gets researched, made, sold, and operated. Switchboards is Dani’s next chapter: learn the thinking, build the system, and leave with something useful.

I built Design Match and a community of more than 10,000 designers. Running the marketplace gave me a front-row seat to the way AI was changing the work from the inside.
I did not want to become another person reviewing tools. I started using AI to run the real company: researching markets, building apps and internal tools, creating content systems, and making decisions across too many moving parts.
Switchboards is where I teach those systems. Most workshops are live because a course cannot look over your shoulder, answer the awkward question, or help you fix the thing that breaks in your actual business.
You are not being asked to abandon your craft. You are learning how to direct more of the work around it.
Bring the part that feels heavy. We will find the highest-return problem and build the smallest useful system.
