Dani’s real future-self board

I stopped collecting other people’s lives. I put myself inside mine.

I generated scenes across love, freedom, work, adventure, community, and mastery. They are not predictions. They make a vague desire specific enough to feel—and discuss.

Why seeing yourself matters

Your brain works better with a scene than a vague someday.

The useful neuroscience is simpler than it sounds.

01You simulate it.

Visual imagery uses some of the same brain machinery as seeing. The future becomes easier to picture.

02It feels closer.

Personal future imagery can make later rewards feel more relevant to choices you make now.

03You act with it in mind.

A clear goal guides attention. Rehearsing the path makes the image more useful than wishful thinking alone.

This is not proof that thoughts control external events. It is evidence that imagery can influence perception, attention, future-oriented choice, and behavior.

Before you begin

The practical questions.

Do I need experience with AI image tools?

No. The technical walkthrough starts with choosing a tool and preparing your photos, then shows the prompting and refinement process step by step.

Will I finish in exactly one hour?

The teaching is designed to take about 60 minutes. Image generation is iterative, so give yourself additional time to test, regenerate, and refine until the person in the images feels like you.

What do I need before I start?

Bring three to five clear photos of yourself, an idea of one future you want to explore, and access to Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Gemini, or another image generator you prefer.
