My own machine reached 811K views in its first month. It posted 906 times while I travelled Asia with my mom.

Where your week goes

You’re the stylist, the manager and the marketing team. The transformations happen all day, and posting them is the job that slips.

Set up in the workshop

Posting the transformations

Now:

Your camera roll is full of before-and-afters, and the last post went up three weeks ago.

With AI:

The photos you select become draft posts and captions to review. Here’s how to post consistently without posting by hand.

Example caption (illustrative)

Six months of box dye, one long Saturday. Swipe for the before.

Colour corrections start with a consultation, so book that first.

Reels from the chair

Next, not included

Now:

The colour reveal clip is perfect, but trimming and captioning it never happens between clients.

With AI:

Later, explore editing chair-side clips as a separate workflow. Finished video edits aren’t part of the first carousel and faceless-post build.

Rebooking lapsed clients

Next, not included

Now:

Regulars drift from every six weeks to every ten, and nobody notices who hasn’t been back.

With AI:

Use appointment information you’re allowed to supply to draft a rebooking message. Check that the person is due before sending.

Review replies and quiet weeks

Next, not included

Now:

Reviews sit unanswered, and the quiet Tuesday gets no promotion until the book is already empty.

With AI:

Supply a review to draft a reply, or your available appointments to draft an offer. Check the wording and dates before sharing.

What you’ll set up

Start with selected salon work and one account, so you can check the captions and reuse the format around appointments.

  1. Visualize

    Choose a transformation worth sharing.

Review public salon posts and the results you can access. Choose a transformation or question that fits the services you want local clients to know about.

  2. Automate

Draft the caption, then approve the post.

Draft a hook and caption in your salon’s own style. Approve the photos and wording before testing publishing with supported connections.

  3. Optimize

Let the response guide your next batch.

Review which posts were saved or prompted questions, using the results you can access. Choose what to show next and check the next batch before it goes out.

Build one content workflow in The Social Machine, then keep reviewing the posts and checking the publishing connections as you reuse it.

Questions

Is this an AI course made for salon owners?

No. It’s The Social Machine, my live two-day workshop for business owners who need to be seen. You build it on your own salon, so every post shows your team’s work.

Do clients need to agree before their photos go up?

Yes, and it takes one question in the chair. Only photos from clients who said yes go into the folder the machine reads.

Do I need to be on camera?

No. The first build uses cleared photos for carousels and faceless posts. Filming yourself and editing salon videos aren’t required.

What will I need?

Bring material you’re allowed to use for one account. We’ll confirm the supported setup and any required subscriptions before booking; publishing needs compatible connections.

Get the dates before anyone else.
